The Mongolian School of the National Capital Area (MSNCA) and the Friends of Mongolia are pleased to invite you to our Tsagaan Sar celebration in Washington D.C.! Bring your friends, loved ones, and kids to experience one of the biggest holidays in Mongolia. Traditional Mongolian food and drink will be served. Come wearing your deel if you have one!
